Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies

Becca Jacobs developed these chewy peanut butter and chocolate chip blondies for us. They even have browned butter to bring all the nutty and delicious flavors home. Say less!

Makes 16 squares
Ingredients
  • 2 room-temp eggs 
  • 2 cups light brown sugar 
  • 1 cup Silky Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, browned & room temp  
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour 
  • 1 tsp baking powder  
  • 1.5 tsp kosher salt 
  • 8 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped 
  • Sea salt for topping 
  • Let's Do This!
  • 1 — Preheat oven to 325°F & line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment and grease lightly. 
  • 2 — Whisk eggs, brown sugar, browned butter, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth. 
  • 3 — Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix into wet ingredients until just combined. Streaks of flour are OK! 
  • 4 — Fold in chopped chocolate. 
  • 5 — Spread batter in pan and bake for 35-40 mins until the edges are just set.  
  • 6 — Sprinkle with sea salt and cool before slicing.
